На территории гостевого дома имеется мангал, столики для посиделок, за бокалом южного вина, лежаки. Номер размещен со всеми удобствами на этаже, на каждом этаже кухня на три номера, на втором этаже открытая небольшая терраса. На третьем этаже кухня внутри. Вход на каждый этаж отдельный.
