Advantages:

Хорошая, чистая квартира, все необходимое есть, новая мебель. До пляжа далековато, но мы были на машине поэтому проблем с этим не было. Рядом все магазины, кафе, большой торговый центр. Большая парковка. Если будем еще в Анапе обязательно здесь остановимся. Из минусов можно сказать только отсутствие фена.
