Месторасположение ул. Спортивная 21 б, 7-10 мин. До центрального песочного пляжа на машине, 25-30 мин. Пешком, 10 мин. До гипермаркета магнит и восточного рынка. В стоимость проживания входит:
- Закрытая парковка во дворе на 2-а авто

- Зона отдыха с павильоном и мангалом.
В доме установлена система кондиционирования, так что даже в самые знойные дни будет комфорт и прохлада.
