Advantages:

Соответствует цена-качество ;) Эконом вариант переночевать одинокому путнику в тишине и спокойствии. Непроходная улица, тихие соседи. Сто метров выше - столовая, работает до 22:00, чуть ниже шашлычная. Недалеко от моря и парковой зоны, но достаточно чтобы не слышать безумных дискотек. Есть стоянка.
