Advantages:

Хороший спальный район, вид из окна.

Disadvantages:

1.Запах сигарет в квартире 2.Один комплект полотенец (указано было что будет 2 гостя) 3. Прям в руках загорелся фен. Реакция хозяйки-😱

Advantages:

В студии было всё необходимое для проживания. Удобное бесконтактное заселение. Новый красивый район. Рядом много магазинов. Интернет был вполне хороший, но очень долго включался телевизор
