Advantages:

Отличный гостевой дом. Жили в июле 2022г семьёй, отдохнули замечательно. Хозяева замечательные, доброжелательные, общительные. До набережной 70 метров, галечный пляж, море самое чистое в Анапе. Рядом много различных магазинов, столовые, остановки автобусов. До центра 1,5 км, ходили пешком до центрального пляжа с ребёнком, 20 минут и ты там.
