Advantages:

Фото полностью соответствуют. Микроволновка есть только в общей кухне - пройти от своего номера через дворик метра два, очередей там нет. Можно еще разогревать еду на своей газовой плите и не заморачиваться с походами на общую кухню. Вещи сушили на верёвке в общем дворике. Интернет слабый совсем, причём не только вай-фай, но и мобильный. Отдых от внешнего мира. Улица тихая, шума и выхлопного газа нет, мне это было важно. Хозяин ненавязчивый, приветливый. Все вопросы решались оперативно. До песчаного пляжа (мы ходили на ДиЛуч через Арт-авеню) - идти 20 мин. До галечного и камней чуть дальше. Рядом Фикс прайс, Магнит, Вайлдберриз. Нам всё понравилось, спасибо!

Disadvantages:
