Advantages:

Апартамент крутые, свежий ремонт, отличные хозяева. Очень приветливые и доброжелательные

Disadvantages:

Только расположение, и то, из за того что мы были с маленьким ребенком на коляске. По факту до пляжа реально около 10-15 минут, но с коляской немного проблемно идти по дороге до пионерского проспекта, тк дорога сама по себе из щебня.
