Красивый двор, есть детская площадка.

Disadvantages:

В комнате нет кондиционера, было ужасно душно. Матрасы пружинные старые, бесконца их переворачивали, спать не комфортно.

Disadvantages:

Обстановка устарела, все скрипит. Не стоит таких денег. На кухне готовить неудобно.

Advantages:

Соотношение цена-качество. Расположение. Отношение собственника - не "на отвали", была небольшая проблема по заселению со стороны сервиса, но собственник все решил отлично!

Disadvantages:

Для нас они осутствуют!
