Advantages:

Отдыхали в июле. Отличное расположение: до моря 10 минут по парку; до супермаркетов 5. Чистая, ухоженная квартира. Есть все необходимое для отдыха, много игрушек для детей. Хозяйка контактная и отзывчивая. Единственный минус - плохо настраивается горячая и холодная вода в душе. То ли с краном проблема, то ли с котлом непонятно, но ребёнка было тяжело купать.

Advantages:

Квартира находится в самом центре Анапы, очень удобно с детками. Большое количество спальных мест позволяет заселиться двумя семьями. Отдыхали в несезон, квартира очень тёплая.

Disadvantages:

Очень сильно скрипит маленькая кровать в комнате
