Advantages:

Остановились при краткосрочной поездке семьёй (я, супруга и сын 4,5 года). Квартира соответствует описанию полностью. Есть всё необходимое. Минус 1 звезда по расположению исключительно субъективно для ленивых ходить. При этом мы с чемоданами дошли до жд вокзала вполне комфортно.
