Advantages:

Гостевой дом близко расположен к центру, имеется кондиционер и холодильник, своя ванная комната. Район тихий, вблизи находится неплохая столовая. В целом, всё хорошо. На этаже стоит гладильная доска с утюгом.

Disadvantages:

Матрасы на кровати в крайне плохом состоянии. Во время сна чувствовалась каждая пружинка. Недостаточное количество средств личной гигиены. Мыла не было, туалетной бумаги был всего один рулон, выдали два небольших полотенчика. Вещи постирать можно только платно в определенное время, когда хозяйка свободна.
