Advantages:

До моря относительно недалёко. Пляж хороший. Много столовых, кафе. Рядом рынок. Прогулочная улица великолепная. Множество мест развлечения для детей. Атмосфера курортная. Транспортная развязка дает возможность без труда добраться до пляжей Джемете. И даже до чистейшего пляжа Большой Утриш.

Disadvantages:

Жилье очень бюджетное, уставшее, мебель старая, кухня маленькая, больше двух не развернуться. Место для курения отстой. Холодильник в комнате хороший, душевая и туалет приемлемые, комфорт минимальный.

Advantages:

Мне нужна была комната в центре на время соревнований, чтобы всё было рядом. Адрес, правда, центрее не придумаешь. Недалёко круглосуточный «Магнит», «Пятёрка» работает до часу. Внутри двора есть кухня, холодильник. Кондея нет, но эта старая часть дома сильно не нагревается. Можно, наверное, было попросить вентилятор. Но было не жарко. Хорошо, что в сезон можно найти бюджетное жильё, когда приезжаешь по делам.

Disadvantages:

На самую жару вентилятор.
