Advantages:

Квартира на первый взгляд выглядит весьма прилично, район вокруг очень развит, много магазинов, на пару дней остановиться можно

Disadvantages:

Определенно стоило бы улучшить ситуацию с тараканами, они бегали по всей кухне. В ванной смесители заросли известковым налетом и тропический душ не работал. Маленький диван это просто конструктор из обшитых кусков поролона, у него нет основания и ножек, все равно что лежать на полу на тонком матрасе. Мы заселились втроём, а одеяла было всего два, пришлось использовать покрывало
