Парковочное место для автомобиля, центр города. Развитая инфраструктура, детский парк «Джунгли» находится рядом с домом, два рынка, магазины находятся возле дома. Очень удобно с маленькими детьми, не придется долго идти до пляжа! Курение запрещено . Организации рассматриваются.
