Размещение в комнате возможно от 2-х человек. В пешей доступности находятся магазины, супермаркеты, аптеки, остановка общественного транспорта. Также в 10 минутах ходьбы парк «Ореховая роща» и набережная.

Рядом с нами находится каменный пляж (всего 800 метров по прямой), до центрального песчаного пляжа всего 2,5 км, ходит как общественный транспорт, так и такси. На территории находится мангал, теннисный двор, кухня общая для всех гостей со всем необходимым.
