Сдаю 1-комнатную квартиру на третьем этаже пятиэтажного дома. Окна выходят на северную сторону, поэтому в летнее время жары особой нет. Тень создают большие сосны у окон. Район тихий, много зелени. Во дворе есть детская площадка и парковка для машин.
В пределах двух кварталах находятся центральный продуктово-вещевой рынок, аптеки, кафе, продуктовые магазины. Пройти к аттракционам займёт 15 минут, до песчаного пляжа - 20-25 мин, по дороге проходите вещевой Северный рынок и Детский развлекательный парк.
В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания.
