Сдаю двухкомнатную квартиру 78 кв. М. На третьем этаже пятиэтажного кирпичного дома в утопающим в зелени районе анапы. До центрального пляжа и аквапарка 15 минут прогулочным шагом по прямой, никуда не сворачивая. Улица тихая, движения общественного транспорта нет. Продуктовый магазин через дорогу. Чуть дальше расположены столовая, кафе, парикмахерская, аптека. В квартире большая кухня-гостинная с мебелью и техникой. Две раздельные комнаты. Можно разместиться шести человекам. Во всех комнатах кондиционеры. Телевизоры, wi-f. В квартире газовый котёл, поэтому всегда есть горячая вода.
