Advantages:

Дом новой постройки (всего 2 года), вежливые соседи, в наличии все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Пляж каменистый, метров 500 от здания - дом находится на каменистом склоне и его надо обходить для спуска или идти до 200 ступений. Народу на пляже значительно меньше чем в центре города (найти место полежать еще суметь надо там)
