Хорошее расположение, косметический ремонт, вся нужная бытовая техника была в наличии С нами всегда были на связи и помогали решить возникающие проблемы. Очень уютный двор возле дома

Disadvantages:

Не работал интернет и телевизор, но это было решено к концу проживания. Очень плохо уходит вода в душе
