Возможен ранний заезд и поздний выезд за доп. Плату. Спуск к морю находится в 150 метрах от дома. В шаговой доступности — рынки, магазины, аптеки, кафе, парки с цветными поющими фонтанами, автобусные остановки. Детям до 3-х лет проживание бесплатно, многодетным семьям предоставляется скидка для детей. Залог в размере 3 тыс. руб. - Вносится при заселении и возвращается в полном размере при выезде, если в номере всё в целостности и сохранности.
