Advantages:

Чистая, уютная квартира после ремонта с 2 комнатами, кухней и раздельным сан. Узлом. В квартире есть: утюг, 3 телевизора, микроволновка, духовка, посудомойка, стиралка, чайник, холодильник. Мне нравится этот район, в шаговой доступности перекресток и пятерочка, парк "ореховая роща" и "крещенский парк" с хорошими детскими площадками. Что можно улучшить: докупить зеркало в пол, поменять постельное бельё на более качественное, заменить маленькую сковороду на большую. В целом, все очень понравилось, рекомендую в бронированию! Удобно, что территория закрытая и нет проблем с парковочным местом.
