Уютная однокомнатная квартира строго от 2-х суток. Во дворе детская площадка. Рядом Южный рынок, Магнит, Пятёрочка. До моря 15-20 минут (зависит от выбранного пляжа). Курить в квартире строго запрещено, можно на общем балконе. Несовершеннолетние не заселяются. Для заселения необходимы: фото паспорта (2, 3 страницы + прописка) и залоговая сумма 1500 рублей.

Останавливались в этой квартире на несколько дней — всё просто замечательно! Квартира с очень красивым, современным ремонтом и потрясающим видом из окна. Всё чисто, уютно. Хозяин — очень вежливый и доброжелательный, пошёл нам навстречу и позволил заселиться немного раньше. Расположение удобное — рядом магазины, кафе и легко добраться до центра. Остались только самые положительные впечатления, обязательно вернёмся снова!
