Сдаю новую, удобную, красивую квартиру. Разместиться с комфортом может 5 человек. Расположена в районе Южного рынка (тем, кто знает Анапу, по улице Владимирской, между ул. Заводской и Южным рынком). Это удобное расположение, близкое к центру Анапы. Сдается от собственника, только после ремонта, никто не проживал. Всё чистое, новое. До моря 20 минут пешком, и до песчаного, и до галечного пляжа.
Очень развитый район. Во дворе множество детских площадок, магазины («Магнит», «Пятерочка»"Перекресток" "Агрокомплекс", рынок" Южный") в шаговой доступности.
