Дом находится в историческом центре Анапы. Без хозяев и других гостей. Место тихое. Пляжи, в том числе до лифта, сквер Гудовича с детской площадкой, маяк, кафе, столовые, рестораны — всё в пределах 7 минут пешком.
В доме 3 комнаты: проходной зал с диваном, спальное место 200×170, спальня с двумя кроватями 200×160 и 200×80, спальня с одной кроватью 200×140, складная кровать с ортопедическим основанием, также есть детская кроватка.
Во дворе всё необходимое для отличного отдыха: просторная беседка с летней кухней, мангал, санузел, качели и детская площадка.
