Во дворе спортивные и детские площадки, стоянка для авто. Видеонаблюдение. (кухни нет, но для быстрого приготовления есть: микроволновая печь, электро-чайник, холодильник, посуда, ложки, вилки, нож, чашки, фужеры и т. д ) для проживающих гостей предусмотрена 10% скидка в кафе - столовой "Коралл" ул. 40 лет Победы, 44. (с 8. 00 до 23. 00) (можно заказать обед или ужин в номер (первое, второе, третье в пределах 250-300руб/чел. ), на сумму от 500 руб - доставка бесплатно в период летнего сезона). Для пикника есть шампура и решётка для приготвления мяса на углях.
