Имеется столовая посуда и приборы. Свой санузел с душем. Есть кондиционер тепло/холод, телевизор.
По согласованию возможно проживание с небольшим домашним питомцем (до 10 кг).
Место расположения гостевого дома "ник-а" удобное, рядом городской театр, центральный рынок, стадион, центральный и лечебный пляж (песчаные), автовокзал, продуктовые супермаркеты, торговые центры, кафе и рестораны. Есть бесплатная неохраняемая парковка под окном (при наличии мест, их 2) и платные неохраняемые городские парковки в 200 метрах (40 ₽/час или 480 ₽/сутки).
