Advantages:

Нам понравилось всё! Центр рядом. Пляж рядом. Остановки рядом! Театр эстрады в 2- шагах. Ребята снимайте эту квартиру, вам понравится. С водой все отлично. Есть хорошая стиралка. Рынки в шаговой доступности. Пит столовой очень много. А главное все рядом, т.е. вам не придётся много ходить, чтобы удовлетворить все свои запросы:)

Advantages:

Центр, все рядом. Второй этаж. Хороший, качественный ремонт. Приветливые хозяева. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания.

Disadvantages:

Для тех кто любит тишину-шумновато вечерами, слышна Музыка из парка. Оказалось только одно тёплое одеяло.
