Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания:посуда, стиральная машинка, утюг, постельное бельё, сплит, холодильник, микроволновка, мультиварка. В доме на первом этаже: кухня, душ, туалет, диван, холодильник. На втором этаже: кровать, кресло, телевизор, сплит. Есть WI-FI. Рядом две остановки, два магазина столовая, кафе, баня, галечный пляж. Собственник. До моря три минуты.
