В квартире две лоджии: закрытая (курение запрещено) и открытая (курение разрешено). На открытой лоджии растет лаванда, ампельная герань и плющ, можно надуть лежак, предоставляемый гостям на время проживания.
Санузел совместный.
Всё есть для комфортного проживания.
Магазин «Магнит» (продуктовый и хозяйственный), аптека, кафе, центральный рынок (15 мин пешком), парикмахерская, почта, кинотеатр, аквапарк.

Внимание!
Заселение гостей происходит дистанционно без третьих лиц!
Собственник по видеосвязи инструктирует гостей с правилами проживания и отвечает на вопросы гостей.
