Advantages:

Отличное расположение квартиры, рядом набережная и парк Ореховая роща, много общественного транспорта. Хозяйка хорошая, адекватная) Квартира симпатичная, чистая, просторная. Отдельный плюс за кофемашину и наличие двухконтурного котла!
