Advantages:

Тихо.и уютно. Чистый дворик и зелёный. До моря 15_20 минут ходьбы как на центральный пляж так и на высокий берег. Через дорогу магазин Магнит и недалеко находится Южный рынок. Непритязательным рекомендую. На будущее сам приеду.

Disadvantages:

Комнатную мебель.
