Охраняемая, благоустроенная территория, бесплатная парковка, зона барбеккю. В шаговой доступности центральный рынок, магазины и кафе. Море расположено в 15-17 минутах прогулочным шагом по тенистой алее через парк развлечений, песчаные пляжи.
Возможна аренда на длительный срок.
При заселении берём возвращаемый залог в размере 15 000 рублей и заключаем договор аренды на проживание.

Спасибо за отзыв, Павел. Наш дом сдаётся первый сезон,а раньше в нём жили сами. Все постельные принадлежности , одеяла , подушки совершенно новые и куплены в начале сезона для гостей.
