Advantages:

Хорошая квартира в центре города, отличный хозяин, жили долго ни кто не беспокоил. Рядом рынок и все магазины. До моря 4 км по прекрасным улицам Анапы. Нет проблем с парковкой (ставили машину у магнита)

Disadvantages:

Далековато до моря
