Коттедж расположен в 1.5 км от моря, сдается как целиком, так и поэтажно, 1,2 этаж -полностью автономны друг от друга. На территории коттеджа есть зона отдыха с чудесным мангалом. Закрытая стоянка на 3 автомобиля. Хороший вариант для путешественников на автомобиле.

Advantages:

Дом расположен в тихом посёлке. На каждом этаже двухкомнатная квартира. Оптимально для семьи из 4 человек. Большая кухня. Кондиционеры в обеих жилых комнатах, хорошо охлаждают помещение. Есть зона барбекю. Оптимально, если приезжать двумя семьями. Мы пересеклись с соседями на два дня, поэтому были большую часть времени одни, повезло.

Disadvantages:

Два этажа с двумя квартирами, если не арендуешь весь дом, то живёшь с посторонними людьми (в квартиры отдельные входы). Парковка на территории участка на две машины, которые можно поставить только друг за другом. Зону барбекю приходится делить с соседями. Вай фай - что есть, что нет (роутер с мобильным интернетом), толком не работает.
