Advantages:

Хорошая аккуратная территория, чистенько, уютно. Чистый бассейн,приятно окунуться после моря. Удобное расположение кухни. есть виноград которым можно полакомиться

Disadvantages:

Очень пыльная дрога при вьезде в массив. Улица при этом называется бульвар. Не очень удобный проход к морю. Позастроили все проходы, идти приходится практически в обход
