Advantages:

Территория отличная, три бассейна, один из них подогреваемый, второй большой (около 10 метров), но прохладный, стоянка для машины была всегда. Горячая вода есть всегда. Есть завтраки по 350 руб.

Disadvantages:

Номер ужасный. Двери скрипят, диван скрипит. Спать невозможно, повернулся - проснулся. Все краны в умывальнике старые в налете, где горячая, где холодная непонятно, нужно несколько минут сливать. В душе внизу все швы черные от плесени. На окне нет сетки, комары тучами летают, тоже спать не дают. Мебель старая.
