Advantages:

Отличное расположение, до пляжа 10 минут. С балкона красивый вид на горы. Сантехника в хорошем состоянии, быстрый интернет, всё работает как надо. В несезон может быть прохладно, потому как центрального отопления нет но мне дали хорошие обогреватели, так что всё было в порядке

Disadvantages:

Немного неудобный твёрдый диван. Но это уже индивидуально - кто на чём привык спать
