Место окружён горами с реликтовым можжевеловым лесом.
До пляжа Сукко 4 километра, ходит 109 автобус. Также рядом большой Утриш. Самые чистые пляжи в Анапе.

Гостевой домик на 4 человек с двухярусной кроватью. Внизу двухместная кровать, наверху одноместная. Есть раскладной двухместный диван. В домике санузел, душевая кабинка, стиральная машина, холодильник, микроволновка свч, мультиварка, чайник, телевизор смарт тв., интернет.
Есть кондиционер.

На участке имеется костровище, мангальная зона.
При желании можно заказать вечером настоящую русскую баню с бассейном для охлаждения на улице и банный чан.
