«Заповедный» коттедж это один из 4-х коттеджей комплекса.
Рассчитан на 2-х человек
Находится в с. Сукко. Здесь берут своё начало Кавказские горы. До ц. Пляжа Сукко 7 минут на авто. До живописного пляжа Большой Утриш 10 минут.
Коттедж оснащен всем необходимым:
Кофеварка, холодильник, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, чайник, СВЧ печь. ТВ со всеми каналами.
Халаты, тапочки, полотенца (в летний период и для бассейна), постельное бельё.
На кухне так же есть вся необходимая посуда, в том числе и для длительного проживания.
Большая терраса в видом на горы и заповедный лес (заповедник Большой Утриш)
На террасе установлен джакузи 36-40 Гр. Работает круглогодично. Кресла и столик для отдыха.
Бассейн работает с мая - по ноябрь (с подогревом)
Лежаки у бассейна.
В коттедже так же есть wi-fi.
Рядом с коттеджем своя зона BBQ с газовым грилем.
