Новостройка, все новое, своевременное заселение, хороший бассейн, лифт, удобный подъезд и лестничные площадки, просторная кухня

Disadvantages:

Иногда отключают ночью воду, не работала посудомойка, нет часов, шум от кондиционеров за окном, неасфальтированная дорога до комплекса

Advantages:

Очень хорошая квартира в современном жилом комплексе, есть бассейн, рядом очень красивое озеро. Недалеко остановка, ходит маршрутка до посла, Анапы и Утриша. До пляжа, конечно, пешком далековато, лучше ехать на машине.
