Для удобства есть кухня общего пользования на 1-ом этаже со всем необходимым для приготовления пищи:посуда, столовые приборы, свч (07:00-22:00). У нас крытый двор с обеденными столами. Для гостей с автомобилем бесплатная парковка (при наличии места) под шлагбаумом. Тихие часы (когда нельзя шуметь) 23:00-07:00.
